There are more than 453 individuals experiencing homlessness each night in our community.
More than 72,000 individuals in Pulaski County were food insecure in 2019, which includes 25,000 children.
Each month hundreds of our neighbors and friends are evicted due to short-term money issues.
Many individuals within our community may not possess the essential life skills required to effectively recover from a traumatic experience.

Our goal is to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of our neighbors, and we take that responsibility seriously. God’s word teaches us the church cannot consider itself spiritual, if it is not social. We know that tough times can happen to anyone, which is why we’re committed to helping those in need. Our services include providing hot meals, a clothing closet, non-perishable food box distribution, Kroger Food Gift Cards, partnerships with the Arkansas Food Bank and Central Arkansas Development Council for food distribution, UAMS health screenings, Arkansas Department of Health vaccines, our annual Back to School Health Fair, and Disaster Recovery Clean-up. Saint Mark is more than just a physical building. It’s about us, the people who make up the church community. We believe the more we get involved in our community, the stronger and better it becomes. That’s why we give generously and sacrificially, not because we feel like we have to, but because it’s our way of showing love for God.
